Just go by any IHOP, in between 7 a.m., and 10 p.m., and you'll receive a stack of 3 of their famous buttermilk pancakes.
They only ask that you consider making a donation to Children's Miracle Network, but it is not a requirement for you to receive your FREE pancakes.
The promotion is a stack of 3 buttermilk pancakes per customer, on February 23rd, in between 7 a.m., and 10 p.m.

There's a Stevi B's Pizza Buffet location in SC, at 1451 Woodruff Rd., Suite D, 29607.
The prices are:
- $5.96, (+tax), for 1 adult buffet.
- $1.45, (+tax), for 1 adult drink.
- $3.39, (+tax), for a 1 child buffet.
- $1.25, (+tax), for 1 child drink.
You may use the following coupons:

Cici's pizza is celebrating its 25th Anniversary, and it's doing it by running a special from 2/17 to 2/28:
$3.99 only for the buffet.
But, as I said, this is for a limited time only, and the drink is not included in the $3.99.
